Movish day!
Today is our rest day!
Thus, we decided to go to town.
Like go and enjoy town, not having to go to town because of work.
Today we finally get to enjoy town a little bit more.
We met up at about 1pm.
Trained to town, weird.......everytime i go to work at that timing, i got to stand.
Today its like "where is everyone? why isnt anyone taking the train?"
So we got seats~~~~
Man, i sound like we are super damn old and need to sit down so much.
Ahem...
That aside...
We went to cineleisure and bought our tickets for..
SOURCE CODE AND A CHINESE GHOST STORY.
We decided to do 2 movies in 1 day because it has been ages since we last caught a movie/in the cinema.
Lunch at koufu down B1.

Red ruby came along with the set, its quite nice!
Hadnt had that for a longggggggg time.
So to me, its pretty nice!
Baby had 3 cup chicken.
VERY NICE TOOOO!!
I dont know, maybe because im having my rest day thats why i think all the food taste great even if its sold in a food court that i dont like so much.
HAHAHAS!
Caught our movie at 315pm.
Jake is HANDSOME AHHHH!
Ended at nearly 5pm.
Walked to ion and did a tiny shopping.
We only managed to visit 3-4 shops then we have to head back to cineleisure liao.
AND OMG...IT WAS POURING LIKE A WATERFALL OUTSIDE.
Drenched and cold.
Went for our second movie at 545pm.
The female lead is pretty??
I beg to differ man.
Shes only 'sometimes' pretty, sometimes not.
Very good effects actually, very detailed.
And the sound system was...deafening.
Ended at around 720pm.
Trained to somewhere near toa payoh for dinner.

We order ha chiong kai, kai lan yu pian and fu yong dan.
WA PIANG!!!!
DAMN NICE CAN!!
The fu yong dan has a very faint eggy smell to it.
It had this weird sensation when you put it inside your mouth.
I must say, it may look ordinary, but its not.
The fragrant is so powerful when its in your mouth.
It doesnt tells you what that fragrant is exactly, you have to ask experts like baby to tell you whats inside, unless you wouldnt know it.
Its so well hidden and its awesome!
Kai lan yu pian~
I love vegetable but sometimes i dont like kai lan.
Cause sometimes its bitter and hard to chew.
But this is crunchy and no hint of bitterness at all.
Wow right?
The yu pian given is very generous.
Big piece, thick and you realise theres ALOT!
The sauce of the dish is yummy.
I really love the sauce accompanied with the vegetable.
You know how is it always the right level of saltiness and the oil just blends so well with the salt and garlic, making it smell and taste soooooo right?
This has the perfect blend.
Semi thick sauce with a little chinese wine smell/taste.
So right to go with the fish.
Fish is light and refreshing, sauce is thick and flavourful.
Gosh, drool.
Ha chiong kai~~
The batter is crispy until...........
Not too salty, not too heavy.
Very casual dish.
Hot or cold, it taste the same.
As awesome!
I'll say the marination is just nice.
When you marinate a meat for too long, the meat will become less juicy.
But this still retain the original juice of the chicken.
Although im full, but i managed to finish that fantastic plate of chicken.
This is finger licking good, not kentucky.
Good dinner accompanied with a quick cab home.
More than great combination.
And take this..its not expensive.
With the tea and rice, everything is only $28 bucks.
Affordable huh.
And dont get me talking about the tea.
Its a normal chrysanthemum tea but i have no idea why it taste so great.
I think some reason of me being so enthu is because its a cantonese zi char.
Feels close to my heart.
HAHAHAHAHAHAS!
But yeah, food is damn nice! (:
Visit little april and jojo for awhile and went home~
Fulfiling day i'll say.
Tomorrow is work day.
Coming back home early to watch a funny movie with my family.
YAY!!!!!

Because to me, it is.
We hadnt had a long rest day to ourselves for quite sometime.
Although we are always together at work, but it isnt the same when we're on off together.
Late night soccer is costing you some patience in the day.
