Day 2 of roadtrip bali.
First thing in the morning, we went to Tanah lot.
A famous temple by the sea.
Looks like a park to me, the view is great.
You can see the waves hitting the cliff all.
And then it gave me a very nervous feeling.
I dont know why, maybe because the sea is too near to me and i felt threatened?
I dont know man.
Im so afraid that i will fall in and drown.
HAHA!
But the place is beautiful, experience nature..there you have it.
Oh ya, their coast is actually black sand.
Like magic man.
After the temple we went to a very local place at Denpasar (City)
The place that we went to is VERY local.
TOOOO local for us.
Its their 'wet market'
You'll see vans and vans of vegetable around the carpark.
Loads of motorcycles, people, children, dogs.
You see buckets of fish, shrimps on sale.
Very local.
Its like malaysia, but maybe 20% dirtier than malaysia?
In my own opinion that is.
Hees, travel to ubud next.
Real tired when i reach ubud.
Menses came to visit as well.
Hell of a way to start a trip.
We settle down to have dinner.
Their food is by far the most awesome, clean and cheapest!
I had sweet sour pork while baby had garlic chicken. Yum!
After that we got info from a tour person of where to stay.
Its called Jalan monkey forest.
So we went there to check out the hotels.
Pretty damn good for a kinda reasonable price.
We got a huge room with a giant bathroom!
They have this indoor bath tub, and then they have an outdoor shower area.
Theres a statue which will pour water out when you on the tap.
Omg, thats the most awesome toilet i've been in bali.
Way more awesome than japan's many buttons toilet bowl flush.
HAHAHAHA!
Good price, good toilet!
After that we went to walk around that street and got a decent massage at a sweet little place.
Shop a little and went back to the hotel to enjoy the shower and big bed!
